Key Responsibilities:
As a CGI Artist at Strada, you will be responsible for bringing our real estate projects to life through engaging animations, compelling designs, and captivating visuals. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design team (Strada Studios) to deliver impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
Your role will include:
Animation: Utilise your knowledge and experience with animation software to create stunning visual narratives that showcase our properties and developments.
Cinematography, Design, and Photography: Apply your understanding of cinematography principles, design aesthetics, and photography techniques to capture the essence of our projects and convey their unique selling points effectively.
Editing Techniques: Demonstrate a strong grasp of editing techniques to refine raw footage, ensuring the final product meets our high standards.
Team Collaboration: Leverage your excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and contributing to brainstorming sessions.
Technical Skills and Model Making: Utilise your technical skills to develop detailed models that accurately represent our properties, enhancing their visual appeal and facilitating a better understanding of the projects.
Materials Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of various materials to enhance the realism and authenticity of your creations, adding depth to the visual experience.
3D Animation Software: Utilise your expertise in at least one 3D animation software to craft immersive animations that captivate and engage our audience.
Video Editing: Employ your video editing skills to craft polished and impactful marketing videos that showcase our properties in the best light.
We are looking for professionals with:
A portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise in animation, design, and multimedia. Your portfolio is a reflection of your skills and will be a critical component of your application.
Strong proficiency in at least one 3D animation software.
Familiarity with editing techniques and video production processes.
An understanding of cinematography principles, design aesthetics, and photography techniques.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to work seamlessly in a collaborative team environment.
Technical skills for model making and a diverse knowledge of materials to enhance visual fidelity.
