We are seeking an exceptional Office Admin Assistant to work alongside the Office Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support.

Job description

Maintain a positive and welcoming environment to all visitors and staff.
Managing the diary and calendar of the Firm and managing the calendars of the Senior Officials.
Book meeting rooms for team members and coordinating with external visitors.
Greeting clients and other visitors and directing them to the appropriate members.
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
Arranging logistical requirements of the team
Ordering office supplies and ensuring the maintenance of the office
Directing and managing all incoming calls and other correspondence, email, post etc.
Requirements

3+ years of relevant administrative assistance experience with a leading firm
High school diploma in business management or equivalent
Strong knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management and people skills, flexibility and multitasking ability.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Attention to details and follow up skills
Resourceful and ability to work independently.
Highly organized and a team player
DIFC/DFSA experience advantageous
