Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Specialist at Cihan FMCG in Erbil. The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating and managing traditional marketing campaigns, including market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service.

Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies with marketing team and plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across all trade channels, including retail and wholesale.
2.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between trade promotions and overall marketing and sales strategies.
3.Design, execute, and report promotional campaigns targeted at retailers and distributors, including point-of-sale materials, trade shows, workshops, and in-store displays.
4.Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to management and recommending adjustments to strategies as necessary.
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, retailers, and distributors, understanding their needs and how best to support them in selling our products.
6.Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and presentations for effective selling.

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience in market research and sales
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy
Customer service skills
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
1-3 years of marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
