Food People is partnering with a global FMCG manufacturing company in the UAE to find a talented individual to fill the role of Foodservice Manager in Dubai. This person will oversee the foodservice operations of the UAE market, including technical, sales, and business development aspects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full P&L accountability for the foodservice operations, including volume, turnover, and cash.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
Developing innovative solutions that go beyond commodities and create exceptional experiences for customers.
Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in the foodservice market, particularly in high-end hotels and fine dining establishments.
Managing, developing, and leading the current team
Collaborating with the retail team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to the market.
Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations for business strategy.
KEY INGREDIENTS:

Extensive experience in the foodservice industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and connections within the UAE market.
Previous experience in managing P&L and leading teams, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Experience in high-end hotels or fine dining establishments would be highly advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive and accountable mindset, with the ability to take ownership of the role.
