Ensure the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure of the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with development teams to schedule releases of software updates.
Manage servers in an ‘Active Directory’ environment, ensuring that each server has 100% uptime.
Troubleshoot problems with networks, web services, mail services etc.
Lead/ guide the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.
Ensure regular maintenance of the company’s computing infrastructure and encourage the company personnel to do the same.
Help finalize and procure software and hardware required by the organization at competitive rates.
Lead any IT enablement projects from an organization perspective.
Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager and Supervisor.
Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 05 years in a similar capacity.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Should be capable to understand and implement FOS Management System requirements.
Should have a thorough knowledge on IT Administration and associated IT activities.
Should have a sound knowledge on system requirement for maintenance and inspection.
Should supervise/carry out operations to client’s satisfaction/standards.
Must have experience on the following:
Dotnet, C#, asp.net
Telerik, Ajax, Javascript
SQL
Crystal Reports
IIS
MVC
