Sales Operations Specialist Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
Create the required customer documentation (Local or Export).
Solve any logistics issues with vendors and customers.
Manage third party (Storage, inspection, transportation, and others).
Explore Logistical Solutions and Scheduling Methods.
Getting products Quota from Ministry of Energy.
Update and manage daily sales data and reports.
Coordination & support with all stakeholders.
Organizing and maintaining products inventory.
Challenging and managing products sales/procurement plan.
Defining sales process steps to improve conversions, shorten sales cycles, and maximize profits.
Contributing towards elevating the sales operation department as a “center of excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering or relevant.
1 to 3 years of experience.
Proven work experience in Sales Operations or similar role.
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
Strong Analytical skills in relation to sales interpretation data.
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations, logistics or supply chain preferred.
