The ideal candidate will carry out nursing duties throughout the practice, assist with reception, carry out any clerical duties as required, and perform such tasks as reasonably requested by the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities
Take record of Dental and Medical History
Proper Sterilization of Instruments, tools, and equipments
Assisting with Surgical Procedures/instrument trays for procedures.
Assisting and Monitoring in General Anesthesia
Assisting during oral surgery and treatment
Taking X-Rays
Record Vital Signs โ Blood Pressure, Pulse, and Temperature
Assisting in Implantation
Clean and Sterilize Dental Tools after every use
Set up Dental Instruments and Tools required for patient examination
Carrying out Doctorโs instructions
Assist Patient with Insurance procedure
Check Doctors instructions, medical history, dosage timing and explain to the patient
Guiding Patient to follow Health Care Procedure
Coordinate with the laboratory on timely dispatch and receipt of work.
Assist the clinical team and reception team in gaining acceptance for treatment plans from clients and support the practice in gaining testimonials and referrals from clients
Qualifications
DHA License Approved
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
