Hapondo is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage relationships with customers of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Keep records of client transactions
Manage all client relations by serving as the main point of contact with clients and providing guidance and assisting clients in their requests about the portal
Managing portal operations that include approving properties and routine quality checks
Determine clients’ (and potential clients) needs and providing solutions that suit them
Maintaining and updating client records
Manage all tasks related to contract preparation and finalization, subscription payments, and associated record-keeping
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in real estate and/or real estate platform operations
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
Ability to meet timelines and deliverables while working remotely and independently
Well organized, self-disciplined and professional
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
The candidate should already be based in Doha, Qatar
