The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our client team in Saudi Arabia.
The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner in conducting necessary investigations.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required 5+ years HR experience
Experience in a construction or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications -Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
3+ years human resource business partner experience
Resume that shows steady progression in HR
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Strong understanding of Labor related laws and statutes.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, operational sites would be an advantage
