Position: Sales Co-Ordinator
Industry: Marketing and Advertising Services.
Candidate must be:
Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing trends and facts.
Agency experience: 2-3 years.
Excellent in English, Reading/Writing; Arabic is an advantage.
Must be good at MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Stay on top of daily expectations.
Should be good at doing market research.
Must work well in a team environment.
Function at a high level during tight deadlines.
Be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Able to adjust in an ever-changing environment.
Capable of learning processes and programs that are unique to the advertising industry.
Performs other functions than may be assigned by supervisor.
Driving license is an advantage.
Job Description:
Preparing Sales proposals, Concepts, and ideations to be worked on and delivered to the clients within the deadline.
Work closely with the sales teams to ensure the proposals meets the quality and outperforms on customer requirements from proposals to final deliverables.
Makes telephone calls and arrange in-person visits to prospective customers.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with New customers.
Ability to be persuasive to new businesses opportunities.
Makes telephone calls and arrange in-person visits to prospective customers.
Keeps abreast of products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and
promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with
marketing and technical service areas.
Achieve monthly targets provided by the management.
Preparing and submitting daily weekly & monthly reports
Liaise with Publications, third party vendors, Suppliers & Freelancers to work
collaboratively to build an effective Proposal.
Building and maintaining client data base.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to
determine their potential.
Generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Reports directly to the Sales Manager/Director of Sales.
