We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and goals, as well as managing relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Monitor sales team activities and provide support as needed
Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Attend sales meetings and provide input on strategies and tactics
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and organizing delivery arrangements
Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed and updated as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role(1-2 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
