Social Media Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyze competitor activity
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Manage a budget for social media activities
Define most important social media KPIs
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Manage and oversee social media content
Work with copywriter, designer and multimedia team to ensure content is informative
Work with head of operation to manage a budget for social media activities and create the quotation
Work with sales and business development team
Communicate with professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications and Experience

3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Experience using various analytics software.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
