The role of Client Engagement Manager centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products and the building of solid relationships with Professional Partners and Clients, built on transparency and trust. Candidate is required to liaise with sales support, operations team, finance department and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed of our products and services and the status of their applications. In addition, this role requires to source and generate new leads in order to meet sales targets. The process of generating leads and maintaining client relationships are done both from the office via telephone, email and in person during meetings and visits.
Responsibilities
· Driving and monitoring sales through Professional Partners to meet sales targets
· Following up on client payments
· Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships in B2B, B2C, or international segments where required
· Assisting with any queries, questions, and concerns from Professional Partners and Clients
· Effectively managing client expectations particularly in situations where applications prove to be problematic, rejected, or delayed
· Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships
· Responding to incoming leads
· Attending weekly sales team meetings
· Attending key meetings and appraisals with the Director of Client Relations
· Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing Professional Partners and Clients
· Traveling internationally to meet new and existing Professional Partners and Clients when applicable
· Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilize and maximize system benefits
· Undertaking training and development activities when required
· Liaising closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients updated
· Gathering feedback from clients and prospects and share feedback with internal teams
· Ability to generate reports as and when required
· Keep up to date with any changes or updates to laws and regulations Performing other job-related duties as

Qualifications
· Full English and Italian proficiency are required
· Additional spoken languages are a plus
· Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
· Working knowledge of CRM platforms
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
· Previous experience working in diverse organizations Valid driver’s license and car
