Senior Architectural Designer
Full-Time
Location: Abu Dhabi
Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
Help with the drawing of the design by hand and by using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)
Conducts basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, building programs, and other similar material.
The supports project team in the development of design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details and evaluates material options.
Utilizes BIM technologies in the development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.
Assists in research of concept, benchmarks, materials, typology, and precedents.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss the needs and budget for the project
3D modeling/rendering using Sketchup or Rhino.
2D CAD drafting.
Research the codes and regulations for the construction
Develop the specifications for the buildings, detailing the requirements and scheduling
Deal with the building contractors and manage the contracts
Visit worksites to make sure that the construction meets the schedule and design
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Perform clerical duties such as taking memos, maintaining and organizing files, making photocopies, prepare marketing and research materials.
Good spoken and written English
Experience :
minimum 5 years
minimum 8 years
Qualifications:
• Candidates should be graduated in architecture, engineering
• Candidates should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Indesign, and MS programs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. (MUST)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
