Innovative Foods Saudi Arabia (Shawarmer) is looking to hire Admin Officer (Government Relations Officer):
Job Description:
-Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
-Translating requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
-Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
-Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
-Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
-Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior
-Internal Training implementation and evaluation for all categories in the -organization in the management and soft skills according to the job responsibility and job level
-Internal training implementation and evaluation in any technical training in the hospital
-Internal training implementation and evaluation in the mandatory training for all the employees in the organization
-Work in the internship training with the universities or the individual in -different sectors and departments in the hospital
-Reviews applicable technology and literature
-Analyzing job duties.
-Identify and assess training needs.
-Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
-Conduct surveys.
-Train employees for specific skills.
-Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-1+ year of progressively responsible professional experience working on training
-Experience developing training programs
-Flexible to move from site to another Site
-online or physical training experience
-Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic & English languages is a must.
-Good communication skills and attention to detail.
