This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Representative at iOud. The role will involve day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including identifying potential customers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting sales visits to promote iOud products. The Area Sales Representative will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

Sales skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new sales leads and maintain customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Customer service skills, particularly in handling customer inquiries and complaints
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the FMCG fragrance or luxury goods industry is a plus
At least 2 years of working experience in beauty products or relevant industry is required
In tune with market conditions as well as demographic and industrial trends
Able to work independently and within a team
Collaborate in the process of stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels
Candidate must be present in Kuwait and legally eligible to work in Kuwait
Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives
Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure
