The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national or equivalent and he/she is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Support events preparation inside the office

Qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Flaunt in english
Good skills in microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, excel)
