We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating innovative and functional design solutions for high end brands, as well as a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to inspire and mentor junior designers. Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and prepare documentation for tenders and construction.
Coordinate with the design director to assist with planning the project and junior designer workflow.
Monitor train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
Coordinate project details regarding M&E and interior design/documentation with the internal and remote teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors
Co-ordinate with Designers using standard formats for briefing, collect all relevant information for the design proposal form the client.
Create and prepare detailed designs
Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience in design
