The Contract Administrator will be responsible for day-to day tasks of the ISTP project and will work closely with project manager and site team to manage the contract and ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

Report to Senior Contracts Manager and liaise and support him to minimize risks.
Draft and prepare contractual letters, changes, and claims in English language.
liaise and support Project Manager and site based.
Capable of dealing with multi stakeholders and parties.
Ensure project members use the contract correctly.
Prepare monthly commercial report for the project.
Prepare monthly milestones invoice to the owner.
Qualifications

BSC degree in civil or mechanical engineering is a must.
Arabic and English languages fluency is a must.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry including last 3 years in KSA in the same role.
Post contract experience.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads and deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office experience.
Work experience in an international project with different cultures is preferred.
Courses and certificates in quantity surveying, contracts administration, claims, and cost management. (IACCM – CCP – CCCM) is preferred.
EPC projects’ experience is preferred.
PPP projects’ experience is preferred.
STP projects’ experience is preferred.
