Job Purpose:
Supervise all activities and manpower in Tawzea Operate & Maintain Contract (O&M) with NWC for Nabhaniyah water networks to ensure client satisfaction and contract profitability
Job Description:
Supervise all operation and maintenance activities of a potable water network and waste water treatment plant
Issue monthly invoice for the client and follow up with the client till payment is released
Ensure following strict quality, health, and safety regulations
Maintain project cash flow and expenses
Follow up with maintenance team and coordinate daily activities with team leaders
Follow up with customer service system (WFM) and distribute tasks to maintenance teams
Maintain client requests (including maintenance plans, development plans and any other) and deliver outcomes in a timely manner
Coordinate with water pumping station operated by different company and ensure suitable flow and pressure are maintained
Maintaining all government permits and certificates with the proper department
Full responsibility of Profit and Loss (P&L) of the contract
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Prefer to have 7 years’ experience
Prefer previous experience in water networks
Strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills
