Technical Sales Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Previous experience in F&B sector and Talabat is highly recommended
• Program robotic equipment.
• Social media/call, approach and select potential customers.
• Prepare procedural documents.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, inquiries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Document robotics test procedures and results.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages and scheduling marketing events.
• Document design or operational test results.
• Modify computer-controlled robot movements.
• Inspect installation sites.
• Inspect facilities or sites to determine if they meet specifications or standards.
• Troubleshoot robotic systems, using Develop robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or components.
Qualifications
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or any related field.
Must have a car.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Fluent in English and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
