The Product Specialist is responsible to present, promote and sell products/services with the full spectrum of customer relationships and sales all the way to drive delivery. The candidates being sourced should have similar experience in devices and instruments, specifically ICU, OR surgical products & patient monitors.
Responsibilities:
Achieve business objectives and KPIs as agreed with the line manager.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and surgical personnel.
Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company’s vision and priorities.
Understands the products’ key features and clinical benefits to be able to deliver post-sales training to customers.
Organizes and supports product demonstration/trial activities.
Conduct market profiling and monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to forecast sales opportunities.
Create sales opportunities as a professional representative of the organization in face-to-face / virtual exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and meetings.
Maximize customer interactions and manage sales activities through effective implementation of customer relationship management.
Job Requirements
BS or AS degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in devices and instruments.
Prior sales experience within a hospital medical environment is highly preferred.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
Strong sense in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-central solutions to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
