As a Product Specialist, you will present, promote and sell aesthetic injectable products with the full spectrum of customer relationships and sales all the way to drive delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve targets sales upon agreed within schedule outcomes.
2. Understand the JMI’s accounts history and share knowledge with subordinates.
3. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
4 Schedule appointments, meet existing and new customers in order to promote JMI’s product, and to determine other opportunities.
5 Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of JMI’s products or services while on customer’s site.
6 Applies successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
7 Provide adequate information about products and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
8 Communicate company’s orders within 24 hours from the order release date.
9 Collect overdue value for private hospitals and clear hospitals’ accounts statements monthly.
10 Monitor hospital FRQ related to JMI’s products and agents and follow up frequently.
11 Ensure quoting of inventory forecasted items and check with direct manager in case of any changes occurred.
12 Develop sales forecast per item, agent and hospital to achieve annual target.
13 Follow, updates and amend open order (Adjust due date, delete, invoicing) and ensure implementation on JMI’s Oracle system.
14 Submit daily report every 24 hours to demonstrate day activities including all site visit details, feedback and remarks.
15 Submit Bio-weekly report every Wednesday to summarize week actions and recommend plan changes as needed.
16 Visit remote areas monthly and prepare traveling plan 4 days ahead.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or any other scientific related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to (3) years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English Languages
Skills required:
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
A good experience working in operations and enterprise process of a technology company.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
