Role :
Protect and positively promote the culture of Jamie’s Italian, both internally and to all guests/external contacts
Oversee management trials and procedures when required to company procedure.
Demonstrate Jamie’s Italian ideal by ensuring the restaurant set up, running and close down consistently meets the required high standards
Ensure kitchen hygiene meets Jamie’s Italian standards and the requirements
Well-spoken English speaking with a high level of customer service and selling skills.
