We are looking for HR Specialist in Dammam
•Provides inputs for the development of the HR strategies and initiatives ensuring the regional operations requirements are captured.
•Provides the regional operations management with specific HR needs and inputs as part of HR strategy and plan.
•Analyze career management needs and communicates them to the HR concerned departments while also advising proactively in developing succession of high potential employees. -Support the identification of short, medium and long term resourcing issues for various business units and liaises with the HR Senior Management on new roles, replacement and recruitment, and retention strategies.
-Coordinate the implementation of promotions, transfers, rotations and assignments process in light of approved positions and standards.
-Support in the development and implementation of tailored learning and development programs based on your business unit needs in coordination with Learning & Development.
Job Specifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience:
– 5 Years’ Experience in HR
-Track record in HR Operations Management.
-High verbal/written communication skills.
