Job Summary
Provide the needed support for QA standards, assess the overall quality management performance for the business units and departments by conducting daily inspections according to the set standards and procedures.
Job Duties
Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures to achieve the department goals.
Execute QA policies, procedures, plans, and programs of the company.
Carry out daily inspection for (Business Units Contracts and Execution Departments, Procurement Department, Safety & QC Department).
Apply and utilize all QA tools, forms and mechanisms needed for data & information gathering.
Take corrective actions for non-compliance cases with the approved actions according to practiced regulations.
Report non-compliance with company quality policies and guidelines to the direct manager along with recommended rectification actions.
Gather outputs generated from departments internal operations observation and discuss results with the concerned parties.
Accomplish quality assurance objectives by enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis, implementing production, productivity, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve problems, completing audits, determining system improvements, implementing change.
Validate quality processes by establishing results outcome and quality attributes.
Conduct site visits in order to check the HSE precautions.
Participate in the internal audits activities.
Prepare and submit internal audit reports to the direct manager quarterly.
Prepare minutes of management review meeting quarterly.
Prepare safety and HSE reports to the direct manager on a monthly time basis.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or in any related field.
1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of (ISO 9001 K, ISO 45001 K, and ISO 14001 K)

Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines.
