Kazamer Tax Consultant
The Administrative Assistant will support the accounting & consultation Business by performing dispatching and scheduling of Field Technicians for various projects, as well as a full range of administrative duties.
What you’ll do:
Receive calls from clients and perform dispatching by scheduling Technicians for various projectsCreate various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office Software.Perform various general office duties including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.Assisting with end of month billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Invoice paymentsMay assist with developing, updating and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/ or work instructions
What it takes to be successful in this role:
High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum of 1+ year experience in an Administrative role requiredExperience dispatching and scheduling field personnel is preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent prioritization, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
