 Government Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
The role involves maintaining company documents, ensuring compliance with government laws and regulations, and representing the company in various ministries. It involves staying updated on changes in laws, rules, and procedures, maintaining Saudization range and monitoring Tawteen and Nitaqat. Providing advice on new rules, issuing and renewing employees’ Iqamas, sponsorship transfers, and visas, and coordinating with government agencies. Monthly reports are provided, and the role also involves resolving employee issues related to governmental applications and communicating with employees and management.

Competencies
The individual possesses extensive knowledge of Saudi labor law, local law, labor office procedures, administrative policies and strong PR networking with related fields and entities, and government procedures. They must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong organizational skills.

Qualifications
·        Must be Saudi
·        Bachelor degree in human resources, business, or a related field
·        +5 Years or above
