Key aspects of the role include:
Responsible for generating sales / business development
Managing the commercial function ensuring high quality service and profitability for the organisation
Ensuring that the organisation’s profits are reflected in all its operations – including relationships and risk management
Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients
Meeting sales targets
Actively networks on operational, managerial, and executive C-suite level
Initiating, implementing, and leading projects towards the client within and outside own expertise
Contributing to the strategic direction of the organization and the competences.
Coaching colleagues and customer
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare field. Additional professional degree preferred (clinical masters or doctorate, MBA or comparable degree)
At least 10+ years’ experience in Healthcare IT business with 8+ years of experience managing staff
Experience in assessing healthcare provider strategy and operations
Knowledge of the healthcare industry including healthcare delivery trends, clinical/business processes
Experience operating at highest levels within client healthcare organizations
Proven record of creating close client relationships
Effective communication skills
Excellent command of English language (verbal and written); Arabic speaker a plus
