Assistant Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition
You must have 4+ years of experience in souring talents from across Middle East/UK/Europe.
Must have strong recruitment experience for management consulting/ Big4 recruitments. Build recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions
Responsible for Talent Acquisition delivering the firm’s recruitment strategy. End-to end recruitment of all our levels of hire with the aim of attracting the best talent in the market
Experience required:
Extensive sourcing experience through LinkedIn & job boards
Experience with candidate selection and interviewing; the ability to identify talent and potential
Experience in managing recruitment vendors
Understanding of HRMS systems and the use of technology in HR (ATS, social media, other attraction, and selection tools etc)
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
Good spoken & written English is required
