We think you will strive in the Administrator role we are hiring for.

The role

Supporting our KSA branch operations, you will be a main point of contact for all administrative queries, while also supporting different expansion activities in collaboration with the global team. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

Manage and maintain all company licenses
Keep up to date with government rules and regulations
Manage all visa processes
Manage and act as an admin for all the user portals
Liaise and negotiate with external parties like consultants, government entities, etc.
Support different company campaigns and/ or events in KSA

You are

A reliable team player who is self-motivated and works well with deadlines. You are comfortably managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously all while maintaining a positive attitude and empathetic approach towards stakeholders and your colleagues.

Minimum job qualifications

Minimum of 1 year professional experience
Experience in liaising with government entities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines
Proactive and problem solver
