Responsibilities

Lead Best Talent survey, assess progress and opportunities – lead improvements plans
Lead culture-related projects such as recognition programs, Culture teams, employee engagement, and appreciation events
Develop programs to advance people-centric culture, and innovation to improve experience and lives
Ensure understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across the organization for an effective performance culture
Help develop and implement a proper learning culture plan
Help develop and implement an effective internship program
Improve employee engagement initiatives within the firm
Ensure understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across the Human Resources function to ensure delivery as per agreed measures.
Plan and direct comprehensive human resources, labor relations, and employee relations programs and provide services to other departments and designated agencies in accordance with the company rules and laws, including employment management; classification and compensation; retirement systems; human resources planning, training, and development; volunteer program, employee benefits, and services; personnel transactions and records
Monitor and review the effectiveness of such procedures to identify opportunities for improvements
Direct employment management functions including recruitment, examination, selection, orientation, induction, and promotion activities
Leads the development and execution of a performance management system and manages career development and succession planning programs.
Oversee preparation and administration of departmental budget and is responsible for the supervision, training, and evaluation of Human Resources personnel
Ensure compliance with the Qatar Government HR policy and associated procedures in the delivery of HR services.
Ability to handle day-to-day HR-related matters

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 7 years of related human resources work experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have HR certification (SHRM, CIPD)
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Strong communication skills, and ability to influence, lead, and drive
Ability to engage with employees of all levels
