The Immigration Adviser/Salesperson is responsible for providing expert advice on immigration matters and promoting the services of LGTC to potential clients. The Immigration Adviser/Salesperson is responsible for guiding clients through the process of work permit processing for Poland, Czech Republic, Malta, and Croatia, as well as Canada immigration service and New Zealand Work Permit processing. The ultimate goal is to close the client by providing exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on immigration matters and guide clients through the work permit processing for Poland, Malta, and Croatia, as well as Canada immigration service and New Zealand Work Permit processing
Promote the services of LGTC to potential clients through various marketing and sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of using LGTC’s services
Identify and qualify potential clients, and develop and maintain a pipeline of leads
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as set by the company
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client information and immigration application details
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, regulations, and procedures in Poland, Malta, Croatia, Canada, and New Zealand
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure a positive client experience throughout the immigration process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the immigration or related industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of immigration policies, regulations, and procedures in Poland, Czech Republic, Malta, Croatia, Canada, and New Zealand is preferred but not required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are preferred
