Job Roles:
HR Associate – Talent Acquisition

Location: Dubai ( Life Pharmacy HQ)

Candidate available in UAE on Visit/cancelled visa preferred.
– Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in HR
– Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and Offering.
– Visa processing by coordination with Typing/PRO
– Serve as a point of contact for employee/client inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution regarding Visa
– Prepare HR reports and analytics for management as needed

Education : Bachelor’s Degree with MBA preferable

– Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
