Sr. Engineer, Hot Mill Process Job Vacancy In Eastern, Saudi Arabia
List of Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance of MA’ADEN QMS & EHS Management System. • Follow MRC Quality Procedures & Safe Working Instruction (SWI’s). • Identify the Aluminium sample received (Sheet/Cans) for metallography as per the requisition form.
• Structured problem solving of issues arising out of equipment start-up, during production ramp up and customer qualifications • Monitor and continuously improve a steady state process path that delivers the highest quality End stock sheet and other products to a variety of established international customers.
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system and implement laboratory standard as per ISO/IEC 17025. • Selection of proper sampling position for Metallography analysis. • Perform Metallurgical investigation and analysis
Experiences:
6 years’ experience as Engineer
• The successful candidate will have excellent English verbal and writing skills, and must be able to effectively operate in a multicultural work environment. Experience in developing metallurgical practices for both heat treatable and non heat treatable aluminium alloys is a plus.”
• Experience in Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Optical Microscope
• Thorough understanding of materials chemistry and properties as it relates to Aluminium
• Thorough understanding of materials development and production techniques as it relates to aluminum sheet production
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science or equivalent experience in the metals industry.
