Our client is a leading bank in the GCC. They are looking for a Senior Manager Legal who would provide accurate and concise legal advice, focusing on finance and corporate law mainly on corporate banking transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and providing advice on opening corporate accounts with any necessary documents and the authorization of the person allowed to open, run, or shut the account.
Examining, discussing, and negotiating any input that the bank receives from any of its corporate clients regarding the standard documents it uses for corporate banking credit facilities.
Advising on transactions involving bilateral corporate credit facilities.
Coordinating with the regulatory authorities on legal and compliance issues.
Providing advice on any additional form of financing, including risk participation contracts.
Key Requirements:
UAE National ONLY.
Bachelor in Law or equivalent.
+10 PQE with 7 years of regional experience working with an international law firm or leading financial institution.
Strong analytical, research and legal drafting skills in English and Arabic.
Islamic finance knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
