Our client is a leading bank in the GCC who are looking for Head of Merchant acquiring. The Ideal candidate would have experience in merchant acquiring within the financial sector.
Key responsibilities:
To oversee and assume full accountability for the bank’s merchant acquiring products (POS, Payments Gateway, mPOS, etc.).
In charge of assisting the creation, distribution, and administration of cash management products for a portfolio of business banking clients, multinational corporations, and major corporations.
Establish the product roadmap and plan and suggest modifications to the product program to keep up with market demands in e-commerce.
Find and adopt market best practices from other areas to improve the entire merchant experience by bringing efficiencies to the operations of product delivery and support.
Manage and apply WEW technologies/solutions as a strategic product extension with the goal of boosting merchant networks and sales.
Implement bespoke solutions, such as a white-label loyalty program and a proprietary card program, in collaboration with business teams to assess the specific requirements of each merchant partner.
Key requirements:
Open to Saudi Nationals ONLY
5-10 years of merchant acquiring experience in the financial sector.
Familiar with payment gateway services.
Experience in business development and product development.
Independent, strong strategic skills, and an excellent leader.
