Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive in our Tissue and Wet Wipes Division, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the UAE. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
Identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong business relationships, and managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate product solutions, effectively conveying the unique features and benefits of our products.
Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on new opportunities.
Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure successful deals.
Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the tissue and wet wipes industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer preferences in the tissue and wet wipes sector.
