Exhibition & Events Production Controller Job Vacancy In Dubai, UAE
What is your main role?
We are searching for an enthusiastic Exhibitions & Event Productions Controller with a “can-do” attitude to assist our team in hosting, organizing and supplying our Corporate Events and Exhibition Stands.
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and be excellent in time management.
Potential candidates should have a passion for events & exhibitions, provide outstanding customer support, have great negotiation skills, and be able to build relationships with suppliers.
Required Skills:
Minimum two years of experience in a similar environment.
Strong project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
A good understanding and working knowledge of AV/IT equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on own initiative and coordinate and manage suppliers effectively.
A positive approach to working in what can sometimes be a pressurized and hectic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
Valid UAE Driving license.
Languages: English, Urdu/Hindi.
Computer skills (MS Office)
Location: Barsha Heights, Dubai – United Arab Emirates.
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000, depending on qualifications & expertise.
