We have urgent job opening for Office Admin in a leading property firm in the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi, UAE location.

JOB DETAILS:

Position: Office Admin

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: Industry Standards

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ Years of experience as Admin Officer in GCC Countries.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Following up on the manager/Executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
Organizing meetings.
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases, document control and filing systems.
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
Requirements:

Minimum 2+ Years of relevant work experience as a Admin.
Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and time management skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
