We are seeking an experienced Banquet Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued guests and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Coordinate and execute all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing events.

🔹 Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create customized event experiences.

🔹 Manage the catering process, from menu selection to food preparation and presentation.

🔹 Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding guest expectations.

🔹 Coordinate with various departments, such as culinary, service staff, and logistics, to ensure seamless event execution.

🔹 Maintain accurate records, including contracts, invoices, and event details.

Requirements:

🔸 Proven experience as a Banquet Coordinator or in a similar role within the catering industry.

🔸 Strong knowledge of banquet operations, catering trends, and industry best practices.

🔸 Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.

🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
