Mayfair Properties Group is a fast growing Real Estate company, committed to promote for extravaganza life in the UAE . We’re seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team and contribute to our growth & success.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in managing and organizing documents and records.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Manage agents bookings and assist them with administrative tasks .
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary items are always in stock.
Assist in making travel arrangements for staff members.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Prior experience in an administrative role or internship is a plus.
