Scrum Master Jobs in Oman
Job Description:
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Prepare detailed sprint plans with internal/external dependencies identified
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups, proactively record potential risks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Essential Skills:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence
• Generate tool based reports and metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Scrum master certification is mandatory
