ROLE DESCRIPTION

·        Design, Developing and Deliver learning curriculum

Designing learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Strong understanding of the organization’s goals to effectively create a training strategy to fit.

·        Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements and queries within the organization.

·        Gain a full working knowledge of each business unit to work alongside leaders to design effective training programs

·        Responsible for Learning Management System and e-learning modules.

·        Adopt a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning, and micro training

·        Deliver training programs as required

·        Build relationships with external training suppliers

Design of core curriculum for all employees (i.e. induction/onboarding program)
