We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer personalized services and advice to customers by providing recommendations in terms of the selection of branded oBoticario products with the aim to promote brands/products and generate sales.

JOB POSITIONING:

Beauty Advisor responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, such as ingredients, application methods and the right products for them as well as pricing and promotions. To be successful in this role, Beauty Advisor should be customer-service oriented, and familiar with a wide range of beauty products. Ultimately, should help achieve Brand sales and quotas while promoting our beauty products to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Core Duties

●      Provides demonstrations, advises customers on how to wear makeup and provides professional make-up services.

●      Advises clients on colours, products and provides lessons on how to apply make-up.

●      Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g., serums, body lotions and hair care products)

●      Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skincare products based on their preferences.

●      Assists clients find products they are looking for in the store while simultaneously offering alternative or related products.

●      Extend extensive beauty product knowledge to customers.

●      Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals.

●      Asks customers about any skin allergies and makes them aware of any products they should avoid.

2.     Store and Staff Support Coordination

●      Supports the Store Manager in daily operations like staff training, merchandising, stock reordering, etc.

●       Assists in managing the store, stocking, shelving, pricing, making sure products are effectively and attractively displayed to sell esp. for seasonal and promotional beauty products.

●      Recommends stock selection and quantity to be ordered. Identifies products that enhance customers’ current purchases.

●      Recommends training activities to update new trends and reports to Store Manager.

●      Assists in outdoor events such as promotions, shows, media events, etc.

●      Prepare reports on returned and/or damaged beauty products

REQUIREMENTS:

●      Minimum 3 – 5 years of beauty, cosmetics, fragrances related experience.

●      Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

●      Should be passionate about cosmetics, knowledge about brands is required.

●      Beauty Advisor should be extremely innovative, creative, and proactive.

●      Must be well groomed with hair in place and make-up skillfully applied.

●      Must display self-confidence particularly when conducting demonstrations and performing makeovers.

COMPENSATION:

●      AED 4000 – AED 4500 monthly

●      Monthly commission linked to target achievement.

●      Other Benefits as per UAE Labour Law
