Job Summary:
the Architect/Interior Designer is responsible for Creating a creative Interior Designs in all stages ” Concept, Schematic and detailed Design” for our projects ” Residential, Retails, Governmental and Commercial”
the Employee should have a creative mind and ideas for creating outstanding and new designs and to be up to date with the new materials and concepts.
Responsibilities:-
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client’s objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client’s needs
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and 3D Max Vray renderings) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Undertaking design project from concept to completion
Defining project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Presentation and meetings with clients and suppliers, with subject related to interior design.
Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design vision.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Coordinate with orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
Auto Detailing, Drafting and Shop Drawings.
Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
Proficient in 3D Max V-Ray Photoshop and AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in BIM
Strong creative and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to execute
Should be a Resident in KSA
holding a membership of Saudi Engineers association
holding a transferable VISA
Able to Start Immediately
