You will also be assigned duties as required (general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Inform guests about the availability of tables and helping them navigate through the Restaurant.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist customers with answers to queries, and proffer solutions to issues within your capacity.
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Presentable
Must be friendly and attentive.
Must have a good level of spoken English.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
