Our client is owners’ union association for one of the largest residential towers in the city of Jeddah. The association operates under the umbrella of the Mullak Program, one of the Ministry of Housing’s initiatives, which aims to manage buildings with common parts and achieve the highest levels of sustainability.

They are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the association’s general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

Work within a team and understand the importance of following instructions easily
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Qualifications

Saudi Nationality is a most
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work without direct guidance
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Accepts 24-hour shifts system
