As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial strategy and operations of the company. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting functions to ensure the company’s financial stability and growth.

You will collaborate with other leaders to drive finance strategies and optimize financial performance along with providing strategic guidance to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

You will also lead financial risk management efforts, analyze financial data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making, and build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Overall, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health and success of the company.

Roles & Responsbilities :

Responsible for developing and managing the financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the company. You will work closely with other executives to set financial goals and objectives and ensure that the company is on track to meet them.
You will be responsible for analyzing the company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes to improve profitability.
You will be responsible for preparing financial reports for stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and board members. These reports should be accurate, timely, and provide meaningful insights into the company’s financial performance.
Responsible for managing financial risks associated with the company’s operations. This includes identifying risks, developing risk management strategies, and implementing controls to mitigate those risks.
Oversee the company’s accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
As a key member of the team, you would be responsible for contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. You will use your financial expertise to help the company identify growth opportunities, evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. ACCA, CA & CPA preferred
At least 6-8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning is typically required. Experience in a leadership position is highly preferred.
Strong financial skills, including financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and accounting. Deep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions to achieve the company’s financial goals.
Proficient in using financial software and other technology tools to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally within groups
Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
