Senior Property Manager

NAZCA GULF is looking for a Sales and Leasing Manager. The position will be based in Dubai.

The role is to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial and residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

We are seeking for an outstanding Property Manager that is able to to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market
Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
Already have established connections
Ensure through continual training and counselling so that the team provides the highest caliber of service to the potential customers
Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property
Have a working knowledge of the sales process within the government departments
Networking with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationship
Evaluate tendering, present to the landlord and assist in appointing contractors
Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales and leasing achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to the Managing Director.

Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years sales and leasing experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry
Proven experience in property management or real estate.
Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
Exhibiting math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations
Track record in residential property at the requisite senior level
Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage
Experience of working to targets
Confident in presentation delivery
Must be RERA certified-Dubai Branch only
Must hold a UAE driving license
